Every day it backs up.
On the bad day it lets you back in.

WP-AllBackup (Okleone Backups) backs up your WordPress files and database to storage you own, restores them when you need them, and keeps a separate console that works even when WordPress does not.

What it does

Three jobs, and you can watch all of them

Press the buttons. Each one runs the real sequence the plugin runs, in miniature.

Back up

On a schedule you set, to storage you pick

A policy sets how often backups run, how long they are kept, and where they go.

  • Hourly to monthly, or on demand
  • Database, plugins, themes, uploads, the rest of wp-content
  • An email with the full log after every run
  • Premium: a copy to a second target, and a backup before every update
Default policy Every day, 03:00
  • Database42 MB
  • Plugins310 MB
  • Themes88 MB
  • Uploads61 MB
backup-0300.zip 501 MB SHA-256 verified

Only what changed is copied, so a routine night is small.

Restore

Checked against its manifest before anything is touched

Every archive is checked against its SHA-256 manifest first, so a damaged backup is refused rather than half applied.

  • The database is swapped in only after the whole import succeeds, and replaced files are kept
  • Incremental restores replay the chain for you, deletions included
  • A pre-update point, so a bad update is one click to undo
Restore points6 kept
  1. Manifest present
  2. SHA-256 matches every archive
  3. Chain complete back to a full

A full set. Restores on its own, nothing else needed.

Migrate and stage

Move a site without breaking it

Change domains with a serialized-safe search and replace, so widgets, options and metadata arrive intact instead of half rewritten.

  • A different table prefix at the destination is fine
  • A dry run checks the package before this site changes
  • Premium: a staging copy on your own server, refreshed from live with one click, pushing chosen changes back with a preview and a restore point
Search and replaceserialized safe

mynewsite.comthis site, replaced
  • widgetoldsite.com → mynewsite.com
  • options:11:"oldsite.com" → s:13:"mynewsite.com"
  • post metaa:2{…oldsite.com} → a:2{…mynewsite.com}

Note the 11 becoming 13. The byte count inside a serialized value is rewritten with the string, which is what stops widgets arriving half broken.

Storage

Your cloud, your server, or ours

Dropbox and OneDrive on free. Premium adds Google Drive, Amazon S3 and S3-compatible services, Azure Blob, SFTP and FTP.

  • 1 GB of WP-AllBackup Storage with every premium licence, on our servers in Germany
  • One button in the plugin: nothing to sign up for, no keys to paste
  • Cloud targets connect through our relay, which keeps none of your tokens
Destinationsas many as you like
backup-0300.zip 501 MB, sealed

1 GB is included with every premium licence. Nothing to sign up for and no keys to paste: one button in the plugin. Held on our servers in Germany, and we never open the archives.

Also included

The parts that stop it becoming a chore

Incremental file backupsAfter the first full one, file backups carry only what changed. Premium.
Encryption you hold the key toSealed on your server before it leaves. Off by default.
Free up spaceClear dead database rows and stray archives, and see where the disk actually went.
Retention that prunes itselfKeep the last sets you want and let the rest go.
Split archivesA big site is written in parts the host can actually finish.
A watchdogIf scheduled backups quietly stop running, you get told.
Premium: Rescue Protection

A site that can save itself

Backups only help if you can reach them. The moment a site goes premium, the console in the hero above arms itself and stands watch.

Runs with the database dead

No WordPress required

The console loads zero WordPress code, so a fatal error or a downed database cannot drag it down with them.

Three ways back in

One failure never strands you

Credentials reach you when the console arms, again the instant a crash is detected, and in a break-glass file on your own server.

Fix, then restore

Repair without logging in

Read logs, disable the offending plugin, switch theme, or run a verified restore. Basic repairs work even if the licence lapsed mid-crash.

Nothing leaks

Visitors see a calm page

The public outage page never shows the console address, the key, or the error internals.

0lines of WordPress the console loads
3independent recovery channels
847statements in a real restore drill

Rescue Protection is a premium feature. Everything above it is in the free plugin.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask before trusting a plugin with their site.

Where are my backups stored?

On storage you choose: your own server, your Dropbox, your S3 bucket. The one exception is WP-AllBackup Storage, which is optional and off until you press Connect; if you use it, those archives are held for you on our servers in Germany, and we never open them. Our relay only brokers the connection handshake and holds nothing afterward. The privacy policy spells out both cases.

What is Rescue Protection?

A standalone emergency console that arms itself on premium sites. If WordPress crashes with a fatal error, a broken plugin, or a dead database, you get a branded recovery page and a console that can read logs, disable the faulty plugin, switch theme, or run a checksum-verified restore, all without WordPress running.

How do the site limits work?

Every premium plan covers a set number of sites: 3 on Standard, 12 on Business, 40 on Agency. One licence activates up to that many WordPress sites at once, and you can move a slot from one site to another whenever you like. Moving a slot does not burn an activation. Need more than 40? The Enterprise plan is unlimited, contact us.

What happens if I cancel?

Premium features keep working until the end of the period you paid for, then the plugin drops back to the free tier. Your backups and settings stay untouched.

How does the opening release discount work?

Buy any annual premium plan on or before 31 December 2026 and the first year is half price: Standard $29.50 instead of $59, Business $41.50 instead of $83, Agency $64.50 instead of $129. It is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to type. Every renewal after that first year is charged at the normal price, and you can cancel before the renewal from your account. Annual plans stay non-refundable, discounted or not, so start monthly if you are unsure.

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans come with a 3-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund yourself from your account dashboard within 3 days of purchase. Annual plans are non-refundable, so if you are unsure, start monthly. See the refund policy. A refund deactivates the premium licence immediately.

Does the free version expire?

No. The free core, which is full backups, restore, migrate, scheduling, Dropbox and OneDrive, is free forever. Incremental file backups are part of Premium.

Why is the free download called Okleone Backups?

The free plugin is published under the name Okleone Backups, on the slug okleone-backups, so it can be listed in the WordPress.org plugin directory. The premium build keeps the name WP-AllBackup, and you download it from the customer portal after you buy a licence. Both come from the same codebase and the same team; the free one simply has the premium parts removed. They install in separate folders, so premium can sit beside a free copy, and only one of the two ever runs.
