Terms of Service
Version 7, last updated 31 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the WP-AllBackup (Okleone Backups) plugin, the licence portal at portal.fixit.biz, and related services operated by Fixit d.o.o. (“we”, “us”). By downloading the plugin or purchasing a licence you agree to them.
Who we are
WP-AllBackup (Okleone Backups) is made and operated by Fixit d.o.o., an IT company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, at Zaima Šarca 34, 71000 Sarajevo. Our company website is fixit.ba, our telephone number is +387 33 268 405, and our general address is info@fixit.ba. This site, wp-allbackup.fixit.biz, and the licence portal at portal.fixit.biz are operated by that same company; fixit.ba and fixit.biz are both ours. For anything about the product, write to wp-allbackup-support@fixit.biz.
1. The product
WP-AllBackup (Okleone Backups) is a WordPress plugin for backing up, restoring and migrating websites. The plugin is published in two builds under one product: the free build is listed as Okleone Backups and the premium build is supplied as WP-AllBackup. Both are the same product and these terms cover both. The free tier is provided at no charge. Premium features (incremental file backups, additional storage destinations, WP-AllBackup Storage, staging sites, backups taken before updates, and Rescue Protection) require an active premium licence.
2. Licences & activations
A premium licence may be active on up to the number of WordPress sites its plan states at once: 3 on Standard, 12 on Business, 40 on Agency, and by agreement on Enterprise. You may deactivate a site and reuse the slot on another site at any time. Licences are personal to you (or your organization) and may not be resold or shared publicly. We may deactivate licences obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.
3. Payments & renewals
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as merchant of record, so your contract of sale is with Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; premium features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which the plugin reverts to the free tier. Prices are in USD and may exclude local taxes, which Paddle calculates at checkout.
Introductory offers. We may offer a reduced price for a first billing period. The opening release offer takes 50% off the first year of an annual premium plan for purchases made on or before 31 December 2026; it is applied at checkout and every renewal after that first year is charged at the normal published price. An offer does not change what is refundable: see section 4.
4. Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: monthly plans have a 3-day money-back guarantee; annual plans are non-refundable. An issued refund deactivates the licence immediately.
5. WP-AllBackup Storage
Every premium licence includes 1 GB of storage on our servers, shared across the sites using that licence, and you can add more in paid packages. It is optional: you can ignore it entirely and keep sending backups to storage you own. A package applies to one licence at a time and you can move it between your licences from your account. A licence carries at most 1 TB of packages; if you need more, write to us and we will arrange it.
Packages are sold for six months or a year and renew automatically until cancelled. Like annual licence plans they are committed terms and are not refundable; see the refund policy. Cancelling stops the renewal and the space stays until the period you have paid for ends. If you then have less room than you are using, existing backups stay readable and restorable and new ones stop until you free space or add it again.
Where it is. Backups uploaded to WP-AllBackup Storage are held in Germany. Each licence gets its own isolated account and directory, which no other customer can reach. See the privacy policy for what we can and cannot see.
When you run out of room. New backups stop uploading and everything already stored stays readable and restorable. Running out of space never locks you out of your own backups.
If your licence lapses. New backups stop, and what is already stored is kept for 60 days, readable and restorable throughout. We email you at intervals during that period and again one week before the end. Renewing at any point keeps everything. After 60 days the data is deleted and we email you to say so; the storage server's own daily snapshots, which exist so that a stolen credential cannot destroy your archives, let go of it within seven days after that. Disconnecting the storage yourself starts the same 60-day clock. A refund starts it from the refund date.
Keep another copy. WP-AllBackup Storage is a convenience, not a guarantee. For anything you cannot afford to lose, also send backups to a destination you control; the plugin supports several at once. Our liability for this service is limited as set out in section 9.
Fair use. The space is for backups of the sites your licence covers. We may suspend or remove storage used to distribute unrelated material, to host content in breach of section 7, or in a way that is plainly not backup use. We would contact you first except where the law requires otherwise.
How we handle the data you store there as your processor, and which companies help us do it, is set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms for WP-AllBackup Storage.
6. Your responsibilities
Backups protect you only if they exist and are restorable: verify your backup strategy on sites you care about. Keep your licence key and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for the storage destinations you connect and their costs. If you switch on Encryption in the plugin, the recovery key it shows you is yours alone: keep it somewhere that is not the site, because encrypted backups cannot be read without it and neither we nor anyone else can recover it for you.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the software or our services to break the law, to attack systems you don’t own, or to attempt to disrupt the licence portal or OAuth relay (rate limits are enforced). Don’t remove or circumvent licence enforcement.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every backup will be recoverable in every environment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the software or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Changes & contact
